Can I arrange regular, recurring cleaning?
Yes. We can arrange an ongoing schedule for homes, businesses, strata properties and Airbnb accommodation. Tell us your preferred frequency and we’ll confirm availability and the agreed scope.
Can we have the same cleaner each visit?
We always aim to keep the same cleaner or team for your regular cleans. Occasionally, illness, leave or scheduling changes mean another team member will attend.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning equipment and products for the agreed work. Let us know beforehand if you have particular surface-care requirements or product preferences.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. We can agree on access arrangements before your booking, so you don’t need to be home. For commercial properties, after-hours access and cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability. We’ll confirm timing and any applicable charges in your quote.
Do you clean commercial buildings and strata common areas?
Yes. We clean offices, business premises and shared areas in strata properties and apartment buildings, including entrances, foyers, corridors, stairs, lifts, kitchens and amenities. We can arrange regular upkeep or a one-off detailed clean.
Can you clean before sale photos and again when we move out?
Yes. We can organise your clean in two stages: a pre-sale clean to prepare the property for photography and viewings, followed by a vacate clean once you move out. Each stage is quoted separately, with windows, carpets and outdoor cleaning included where agreed.
Can pressure washing be scheduled as regular maintenance?
Yes. We can arrange periodic pressure washing to keep outdoor areas looking their best. The frequency depends on the surface, surroundings and how quickly dirt and moss build up.
